Access the Facility

Head to your assigned bay and fire up the E6 Apex software. You can sign in using the QR code on the screen or continue immediately as a guest.

Logging in via QR code allows the system to save your stats and progress to your permanent TruGolf profile automatically.

Near the end of your round, check for an on-screen notice. If there isn't a booking immediately following yours, you can conveniently extend your session in 5-minute increments right from the display.
Will my progress and data be saved?
Absolutely. Every player can log in to their TruGolf profile to track historical scores, ball data, and skill progression over time. Access your data during any visit to keep your game sharp.
How are handicaps managed for league play?
We integrate with player GHIN records to calculate handicaps accurately. This ensures that all competitive events, from local leagues to regional tournaments, remain fair and balanced for all participants.
Is the club under surveillance?
Yes. For the security of our members, the facility is under 24/7 video monitoring. We also maintain remote access to all simulation equipment to assist with any technical issues that may arise during your visit.
What are my options during the outdoor season?
Our Summer Flex program is perfect for players who frequent the course in warmer months. It allows you to maintain your loyalty status and member benefits at a lower rate, securing your spot for the indoor season.
What specific simulators are in the club?
We feature world-class TruGolf Apogee units. Each bay is optimized for both right-handed and left-handed golfers, offering a seamless transition without moving any equipment or changing tee placements.
Who can use the PuttView and MultiSport features?
These premium features are available to everyone. Members and their guests can enjoy professional-grade putting analysis with PuttView, or switch over to MultiSport activities for a variety of interactive games.
Am I allowed to bring guests to my session?
Yes. Members are welcome to bring guests. We recommend each guest creates their own profile for full data tracking. As the primary booker, you are responsible for everyone you bring into the club.
Do you provide home simulator consulting?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom home golf setups. We can help you design and install a tailored simulator that fits your space, allowing you to practice at home and even play virtually against friends at the club.
Are there any contests or community events?
Community is at our core. We host weekly contests, special challenges, and monthly tournaments. It's a great way to meet fellow members, track your standing on leaderboards, and win club prizes.
Is a card on file required for membership?
While not mandatory, most members find it the most reliable way to maintain their loyalty status and ensure uninterrupted secondary benefits. It streamlines your monthly billing and session extensions.
What is the club's cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before a session are fully credited back. Between 2-12 hours, you receive a 50% refund. Within 2 hours, the session is forfeited, but feel free to reach out if you have a serious emergency.
What specific ball and club metrics are tracked?
Our system provides comprehensive data including Distance, Carry, Ball Speed, Spin, Launch Angles, and Club Path. You'll also get slow-motion video replays of your club impacting the ball.
Do I need special equipment stickers for data tracking?
No stickers or modifications are required. Our TruGolf units use advanced optical sensors to capture all high-fidelity data points directly from your ball and club without any extra accessories.
How many virtual courses are available to play?
Members have access to over 2,000 expertly rendered virtual courses from around the globe. Whether you're looking for world-famous favorites or local hidden gems, there's always a new challenge waiting.
